Patches: 2000-2013

No air caressed my fingers held close as I watched, desperate for one more rise and fall of her chest. There was no final whisper, no sign at all. It seemed as if it happened at once yet I imagine over time there must have been a million breaths. A million breaths gone unnoticed until there were none at all.

  2. Oh no....was Patches a kitty? I'm so sorry if you've lost a precious animal companion, LaT. They are full-fledged family in my book.

  3. Rough week. PC is crashing regularly. DH can't remove virus despite multiple efforts. Let's hope it survives until we can replace it.

Shay, yes, we had her 10 years. I still look for her.
