Haiku about food for this prompt hasn't really thrilled me but you captivated me with yours not even knowing what kimchi is (I see above). The words are so enticing.
Maggie, give me a plate of food and I'm a happy girl. I get the challenge taking what is traditionally about nature and shifting to food but we're poets, we seem to create collaborations others would not. :-)
Ahh, I love kimchi! Nice haiku!
ReplyDeleteLaTonya, The pure foodiness of this grabs me. I can't wait to be settled and making kimchi again.
ReplyDeleteMmm delicious! :)
ReplyDeleteAlice I love to eat. I'm a foodie wannabe. DH says when I actually start cooking I can call myself a foodie. lol

ReplyDeleteI've read of Kimchi but never tried it. Should I?
ReplyDeleteJ, if you like spicy, do try. My DH introduced me to it and we eat it in wraps, stirfry with eggs. He eats it out the jar. :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for introducing me to Kimchi, I had never heard of it. Sounds good.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what is Kimchi but that will soon be remedied.
ReplyDeleteLe Willow, it's Korean, pickled cabbage. It's spicy. It's aged from weeks to years.
